Pink Pepper

Pink pepper is native to South America and comes from two trees called Baies Rose plant and Peruvian pepper tree, it is known as Brazilian pepper.  It is different from other peppercorns but is called pink pepper due to piperine oil that gives it peppery flavour and the colour and size of its berries.  Pink pepper has a piney and sweet flavour containing phenolic acid that has multiple health benefits. We source our pink pepper from a natural farm situated in Purnea district of Bihar and it can be used as substitute to black pepper.
