Masoor mogar or masoor dal is split from masoor, many call it red lentil as the lentil is orange or red in colour inside the whole masoor. Masoor is cultivated mostly in Central India as winter crop as the climate is suited hence the yield is for good. Masoor has great nutritional value as it rich in iron, protein, minerals, potassium, fibre, etc and a bowl of masoor dal is sufficient to meet one’s daily requirement of essential nutrients.

Svaguna’s masoor mogar is cultivated on our food forest in Madhya Pradesh that is free of pesticides, insecticides, fertilizers, chemicals, etc and we don’t use any polishing agents during the process, hence our dal is rich in nutrients and taste.
