Masoor Dal (Whole)

Masoor is associated with the Mediterranean region as it originated in the Eastern Mediterranean region centuries ago, even today it forms an important part of the Mediterranean cuisine. Today this lentil is grown across the world and in India, central India produces maximum masoor as the climate is well suited for its cultivation.

Masoor is a power packed lentil/pulse that is full of nutrients, hence has immeasurable health benefits like improves gut health, strengthens bones, manages sugar, maintains weight, etc.

Svaguna’s masoor comes from our food forest in Madhya Pradesh and we grow them as an inter-crop in the winter as it helps bind nitrogen into the soil, our crop is free of pesticides, insecticides, fertilizers, chemicals, etc.
