Sun-Dried Mulberry – 100GMS

Mulberry is a native tree to Asia and grows naturally on our Vivavan food forest without any attention or care, it is a natural tree and all we need to do is just plant a stump and nature takes it course and makes it a fruiting tree in a couple of years.   Mulberries when ripened are sun-dried at our farms before packing them in bottles.

Mulberries are a source of anti-oxidants, fibres, Vitamin C and nutrients, dried mulberries help in digestion, controlling cholesterol and blood sugar, improves immune system and blood circulation. Our mulberries are naturally grown and processed with no intervention or additives, it is simply the dried fruit.

Svaguna’s dried mulberries can be eaten as a snack or added to other dried fruits and nuts, blended in smoothies or juices, shakes, oats, porridge, pies, cakes, mousse, etc.  Our mulberries are flavourful and yum to taste thus enhancing the food that it is added to.
