Svaguna’s nutmix is made from a combination of roasted chironji (charoli) and watermelon seeds. Holistic Ayurveda defines chironji seed as the absolute remedy for several health conditions and watermelon seeds are extremely nutritional as high in protein, vitamins, omega 3 & omega 6 fatty acids.

Svaguna’s nutmix is a unique mix having dual qualities of both chironji and watermelon seeds that boast energy levels and immunity, enhance cardiac function, are coolants, rich in protein & oils.

Our chironji comes from our food forest Vivavan, Amarwara in Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh (Amarwara is the hub for chironji in India) and we source our watermelon seeds from locals of Chhindwara.
