Indrajo (Mix)

This is called Indrajo or Kadva in some areas. This is the husk of the seed and used to lower blood Sugar – the powder form is – 1/3 Husk, 1/3 Roasted Almonds, 1/3 Roasted Channa. In our Villages – people have these and there is no Diabetic patient in these villages. Just to have a spoon or half on a regular basis.
