Svaguna’s oil free methidana sweet pickle is made from sprouted methidana which is mixed with ingredients that are typically used in pickle from North and West India. We use sprouted methidana as sprouting helps lower the fibre content which aids in better absorption of methidana and improves the nutritional value of methidana.
Methidana booasts immunity, increases metabolism and cardiac function and is amongst the best to keep blood sugar levels in control. Many find it difficult on their palette to have methidana (though it is amongst the best to control diabetes) but the sprouted, pickled and sweet variant makes it easier on the palette and is heathy and aids control blood sugar levels.
