Makhana: 1 Kg
Jaggery: 400 Gms
Sesame: 50 Gms
Water: 100 ml

How to Make

Step 1: 
Heat jaggery in a pan and add quarter quantity of water to the jaggery to liquidify the jaggery.
Step 2: 
Roast sesame seeds on a pan separately. Add makhana to the same and roast for 2.5-3.5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3: 
Add the liquid jaggery to the roasted makhana and stir for a minute or so.
Step 4: 
Makhana is ready to be eaten.
