Makhana: 1 Kg
Jaggery: 400 Gms
Water: 100 ml

How to Make

Step 1:
Heat jaggery in a pan and add quarter quantity of water to the jaggery to liquidify the jaggery.
Step 2:
Roast makhana in a pan for 2.5-3.5 minutes on medium flame. Add the liquid jaggery to the roasted makhana and stir for a minute or so.
Step 3:
Makhana is ready to be eaten.
