Makhana: 100 gms
Haldi Powder: As per taste
Jeera Powder: As per taste
Curry Leaves: 5 to 6 leaves
Coriander Leaves: A handful
Pepper Powder: As per taste
Rock Salt: As per taste
Ghee: 2 to 3 tablespoon

How to Make

Step 1:
Roast makhana for 2.5-3.5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2:
Heat some ghee in saucepan, temper ghee with haldi powder and curry leaves.
Add the roasted makhana and roast for a minute and then add black pepper powder, jeera powder, chopped coriander leaves and rock salt and stir well for a minute or two on the flame.
Step 3:
Makhana is ready to be eaten.
