Ginger Honey Concoction

Ingredients : Fresh ginger, tulsi, cinnamon, jeera(cumin), elachi, ajwain, honey.

Method : Add all the ingredients in the water as per taste and boil them together in water. Add a spoon or two of honey to the drink in the glass/cup/mug. (Honey not to be boiled)

Time : Anytime in the day as a replacement to tea/coffee.

Benefits : Reduces flatulence, aids in controlling weight, cleanses the body.
