Ginger Honey Concoction

Ingredients : Fresh ginger, lime/lemon juice, honey, cinnamon.

Method : Add small pieces of ginger and boil in water along with cinnamon. Squeeze half or a one lime or lemon in a glass, add boil water and then honey. (Honey not to be boiled)

Time : Early morning as first hot drink of the day.

Benefits : Reduces acidic content in body and energies body.
