How to Make
Step 1:
Roast makhana for 2.5-3.5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2:
Heat some ghee in saucepan, temper ghee with mustard seeds, haldi powder, garlic, green chilly and pudina paste and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the roasted makhana and roast for 2 minutes and then jeera powder, chopped coriander leaves and rock salt and stir well for a minute or two on the flame.
Step 3:
Makhana is ready to be eaten.
