Pepper Powder: As per taste
Rock Salt: As per taste
Ghee: 2 to 3 tablespoons

How to Make

Step 1: 
Roast makhana for 2.5-3.5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 2:
Heat some ghee in saucepan and add the roasted makhana and roast for a minute and then add black pepper powder and rock salt and stir well for a minute on the flame.
Step 3:
Makhana is ready to be eaten.
