Gondharaj Lemon Pickle

Gondharaj lemon pickle is made from naturally cultivated gondharaj lemons at our farms. We add a little rock salt, red chilly powder and carom seeds(ajwain) for flavouring to our pickle. There is no oil in our pickle as the juice of the lemons helps conserve the Indi pickle for a long time. Gondharaj lemons are extremely aromatic and flavourful and huge in size, hence they are known as gondharaj lemons meaning the raja/king of lemons. The skin of these lemons is rich in nutritional value and one of the best form to consume the skin is the pickles. When grown naturally they are known to have anti-cancerous properties as well. Lemons are rich in Vitamin C, fibre and good for digestive health, helps in absorption of iron from plant foods and improves heart health. Regular consumption of our Gondharaj lemon pickle helps make the body become alkaline over a period of time and helps to avoid acidity. It is a good accompaniment to food as it adds flavour and zing to the good meal. Our lemons come from East India and we make them in North Indian style, blending well two regions India to bring pickles that are aromatic and flavourful.
