Foxnut Atta


Amaranth seeds earliest dating comes from  6000 years at archaeological digs in Mexico, in the new world it is considered as a super grain as is amongst the best sources for vegetable protein that is easy for the human body to absorb as it is gluten-free.  As it has lysine amongst other amino acids, it is easy to digest and is amongst the flour suggested by Ayurveda for health purposes as it is power-packed with lots of amino acids, fibre, protein, calcium, low sugar, iron, Vitamin C, etc   Consumption of rajgira atta is a good source of anti-oxidants, good for diabetes & to lower cholesterol, increased weight loss, reduced inflammation, etc.

Svaguna’s rajgira atta is made from rajgira cultivated in our food forest Vivavan in Amawara, Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh.  We freshly ground our atta before packaging to ensure it is always fresh.
