Flaxseeds or linseeds are small oil seeds that have originated many years ago and today fall under the category of superfood as it is rich in Omega 3 fats and dietary fibres and help increase good cholesterol with regular consumption.
On roasting the seeds become crunchy and tasty, we bring a rustic Maharashtrian style alsi chutney which is amongst the best way to include nutritious flaxseeds in our diets.
Svaguna’s flaxseed chutney is made in traditional Maharashtrian style with flaxseeds cultivated on our natural food forest thus ensuring all nutrients are intact. We roast the flaxseeds with garlic and add the basic spices & grind it to a chutney to give it the right flavour and taste. We freshly make the chutney before packing it in small batches.
Svaguna’s flaxseed chutney is made in authentic Maharashtrian style with flaxseeds and Indian masalas – it can be had with rotis or bhakris or idlis/dosas, parathas or sprinkled on salads or added to rice or just as an accompaniment to any meal bringing with it multiple health benefits.
