Svaguna’s oil free methidana pickle is made from sprouted methidana which is mixed with ingredients that are typically used in pickle from North and West India. We use sprouted methidana as sprouting helps lower the fibre content which aids in better absorption of methidana and improves the nutritional value of methidana.

Methidana booasts immunity, increases metabolism and cardiac function and is amongst the best to keep blood sugar levels in control. Many find it difficult on their palette to have methidana (though it is amongst the best to control diabetes) but the sprouted and pickled variant makes it easier on the palette and is heathy as it aids control blood sugar levels.

Oil free sprouted methidana pickle can be had as an accompaniment to any meal or with khakara or theplas or with parathas or pooris, etc as it is flavourful with ingredients mustard seeds, fennel seeds, red chilly powder, salt and lemon juice.
